Before joining Darryl M. Vernon in 1990, Mr. Ginsburg was a litigator with an Admiralty law firm representing mostly ship owners in Charter Party Disputes. He continues to represent international clients in commercial disputes as well as focus on co-op shareholder rights. He recently obtained a court order requiring a co-op board to rescind a stop work order. He also successfully countered a “Pullman” eviction proceeding with a shareholder derivative action.
