Mel B. Ginsburg

Senior partner at Vernon & Ginsburg, LLP for over 25 years.

Our firm handles commercial and real estate litigation and transactions. We handle all aspects of litigation including, depositions, court appearances, discovery procedures, jury and non jury trials, motion practice, and appeals.

We represent cooperative and condominium unit owners in disputes with the board and/ or other owners.

We handle all sorts of real estate transactions including due diligence in multiple dwelling purchases. Mel is a licensed real estate broker.

Mel represents clients in commercial disputes and transactions as well as matters involving co-op and condo owners' rights.

Mel obtained a court order for a co-op owner to vacate a stop work order during alterations. He had a receiver appointed to take control of 265,000 square foot commercial premises. He defeated a "Pullman" action and successfully counterclaimed using a shareholder derivitive action. He has handled several actions involving constructive trusts.
